Welcome to the Sentinel Retirement Fund Member Portal!

You are about to register an online member profile on the Sentinel Retirement Fund Member Portal.

To protect your privacy and ensure profile security, the Fund will require a clear and easy to read copy of any one of the following documents;

  • his/her Green SA ID book or; (showing ID photo and RSA ID number)
  • his/her Smart Card or; (showing ID photo and RSA ID number)
  • his/her Valid Passport, should you not be a South African Citizen. (showing ID photo and passport number and passport expiry date)

Your online registration can only be completed once the required document has been uploaded.

Once you have completed the registration steps, and the required document has been uploaded, you will be able to log in to your new online profile.

You will be able to view ALL fund information (Your Statements, Member Balances and Investment Information), only once the supporting document and registration information has been verified by the Sentinel Web Administrator. A notification will be sent to your preferred method of communication (OTP Method) once the verification has been completed.

Please upload a clear copy of your Green South African ID book (first page with ID photo clearly displayed) or a copy of your Smart ID card (photo side clearly displaying the ID photo).

A copy of your Passport will be required should you not be a South African Citizen.

Verify Contact Details

It is compulsory to capture and verify all the contact details captured below. This will be done by the One Time Pin (OTP) verification process.

It is compulsory to update an Alternative Number or an Email Address as a Secondary Contact. The secondary contact information will be used for account security.

Should you require to update all contact information (Cell Number, Alternative Number and Email) please feel free to do so.

Your contact details will be used to receive One Time Pin (OTP) verification when logging into the Member Portal.
